Released SOL Tests

The Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) has released the
following SOL tests (updated June 2007). Several tests, taken by
students from 2000 to 2006. are available in reading, writing, math, and
science; however, in order to protect the integrity of the question banks,
VDOE has not released any social studies SOL tests.
The last page of each test is an answer key. All files are in
PDF format.

This is the standard 3-yearr middle school sequence.
Each of the three courses ends with an SOL test. Typically the sequence
is taught during grades 6-8; however, a few school divisions teach
the sequence in grade 5-7. Again, released tests are NOT available for
these or any other social studies courses. |
